All ok except for car battery needing to be replaced and the quoted price.
Upon recieving my vehicle my check engine light was on. Which has never been on they said it was the new alternator that was required for fixing my air-conditioning. Doesn't make sense but I have a warranty so fine. They supposedly fixed it again. I drove my car 30 yards and heard my turbo pop, loud. Immediately turned around was told something was properly connected by the technician etc. Drove off had to go back to work after leaving my car their for a week. And waiting to get my car fixed for over 1.5 hours when I should have just picked it up. While driving home, my air conditioning is not fixed. Still goes back and forth on speed blowing. Which is what the alternator was supposedly suppose to fix. I spent over $700 dollars for all of these problems and not all of them were fixed where I take care of my car everyday. I expect these to be resolved immediately.
I have already called my service specialist. While I know he has nothing to do with fixing the car he is my only contact. I will be taking my services elsewhere,forever if this isn't fixed. My air coi acts like it has a short blows and then does blow.
On my paper your team reportedly drove it 8 miles to see if their was an issue but the paper shows only 2 miles driven.
Overall unacceptable service for work done on a car.

Service was good and reasonably fast. Associates should work on customer care. I don’t actually know who my associate was. He talked to me from across the room. The techs should also not get comfortable in the cars. There no reason that my radio presents and side mirrors should have been adjusted.
Today’s service was exceptional compared to other times I I have come for service. I don’t even have to check on the oil to see whether it was done well on not. I trusted the work Mr.Q did. He went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. As a team I think you work well. Thanks to the rest of the team. I talked to almost everyone over there. Thank you.
