When your representatives tell one thing and then don't fix what is supposed to be fixed that's so wrong ! I was told I needed brakes she didn't specify only rest brakes and then have the audacity to charge me $600 just for rear brakes that's a rip off! I could have went to a garage and got front and rear brakes for that price! I wouldn't recommend you to anyone!

This was a follow up appointment for an on-going problem that I've been having with a smell in my AC. Cathy was wonderful when I called to explain that what service they did about a month ago did not seem to take care of the problem. She talked to some service people and got right back to me to schedule the follow up service. We are hoping this will take care of the problem. Cathy was so sweet to discuss the problem with me and say that she might send an email to a regional person because this had everyone a bit stumped. Just hoping the smell does not return but I'm grateful for Cathy's help and kindness.
