I asked to have the back panel of the front passenger seat secured. Your statement states it was done. It was not done, its still detached. This is not at all typical of your level of maintenance service.

I was impressed by the way I was treated from the time I entered the dealership until I took my car home. The service dept had a litte trouble fixing the car but did not stop until they figured it out. Cathy Stump was super awesome!!!! Kept me in the loop and made it as easy as possible for me to continue going to work by arranging for a rental vehicle while my was being worked on. Really impressed by your entire team. It was a total communications disaster. I was the main communicator since the Auto Collision staff rarely returned phone calls. My car was delivered to the Collision center on Jan. 16. I was told it would take approximately two weeks to repair the right rear bumper, I kept telling them I was going out of state on vacation on Feb 20. No one contacted me to keep me informed. A couple of times I arrived unannounced to get some answers. I kept getting no details on why the delay. Juan Little was my contact. He tried to ease my frustration, but with no success since he could not provide answers. Needless to say, I decided to return the rental car before going on vacation so you all wouldn’t have to continue paying. While on vacation, I finally received word that my car was ready. When I returned on March 9, I picked up my car and drove off. Juan Little offered no apologies for the long delay, nor did the GM of the Center. I hope I will never have to experience this kind of treatment again. I cannot in good conscious recommend Voyles Auto Collision to anyone. Six weeks is way too long to fix a bumper and no communication to boot. It was as if I was a bother to the company.

Very grateful for the excellent customer service I’ve received! There was a need to have my car checked after I had just had it in and I was helped immediately and the need for my transportation to work was taken care of with expedience. Really impressed by the Service Department! Thank you!

I do not need a follow up call. The majority of my experience was positive but like the last time I got an oil change, after paying the bill and getting my keys, there was no one outside to get my car. I just stare at employees as they walk by and at some point someone asks or I flag down someone. It seems like the cashier could have better communication with whoever is handling the porter role (walkie talkie?) and if they're not available, contact a backup person to assist.
I was very satisfied with the service & Cathy Stump was very friendly & professional, she was polite with a smile , I say job well done Cathy I felt comfortable with everything at Hyundai dealership.
