I dropped my car off on 12/24 due to the car shaking. I rec’d a call from Josef a little over a week later explaining the issue with the car, stating it was an engine recall. Josef went on to say the issue was covered and I could pick up a rental car on the following day. That transaction was seamless. On 1/22 I rec’d a call from Josef stating the A/C line had issues that would cost me $958. I rec’d a calll a week later saying there was an issue with the new engine and he had to keep the car for troubleshooting then finally rec’d another call stating the alternator rod was bent and needed replacing. I declined the alternator replacement. When i picked the car up I was told by the receptionist that with the new engine came with an oil change. Surprisingly, the car’s oil was at the “ L” on the stick when I checked it. My car has had various issues when I’ve only had it back from your location for a little under a week. We were able to locate a trustworthy mechanic who has also found the alternator rod to not even be on the car anymore. Furthermore, I would never bring my car to this location ever again. Also, I rec’d service here in Oct and the tops to several parts under the hood were off! So unbelievably incompetent. Please hire better mechanics to restore trust in your location.
