Unable to make contact with service center for followup questions and scheduling lyft pickup. My service advisor was excellent and advised me that if I needed to call, if I couldn’t get him, to call the cashier. The phone system never allowed me to input the cashiers extension, no was the operator helpful in connecting me to anyone who could assist me in service. Great service and scheduling, difficult communications.
Josef communicated with me throughout this entire process, and it was very helpful.

Mr. Thompson explain something to me that should have been already explain to me along time ago, especially as much money I have spent with this company on fixing my cars. His energy was good and his tone was perfect. You need more representatives to mirror his way of dealing with the customer and communicating in the simplest way. Basically Mr. Thompson was able to assess his audience and meet the customer at the level of consciousness or level of thinking. Without being inappropriate or rude. This kind of trait is hard to come by, thank you.
