Thank you so much! I had an appt for an oil change today 5/18 and I requested that they look at my back right tire as I have been losing air over the course of the last three weeks several times I've had to refill it.
I was told they checked the tire when they did the rotation and didn’t find anything. I don’t feel safe driving my car as it continued to lose air on the way home from the dealership. I’m going to have someone else look at it and I wanted this on record that they didn’t find anything wrong or in the tire.

It's always been a good experience whenever I have Ron help me in the service department. I've never had any complaints and he is always thorough and explaining to me any recalls my vehicle may have and any updates that are suggested for my make and model. It is extremely helpful because I have no working knowledge of cars and it is a comfort to know that I have this much help.

Cover steering wheel or seats with plastic Wrap or paper to give image that you guys took care during covid times. Maybr have ppl wear gloves or masks too. Everyone just walking around with no masks.
It APPEARED unsafe. But as we all know it dont matter.

The only thing I didnt like was detail did a crappy job on the car I know theres a smoke smell but the dash had dust all over we had to do a complete wipe down this weekend.but Stephan ????

The visit was quick and fine BUT I was disturbed by the fact that none of your employees had on protective gear. I had to sit in the small office with a service man that had on no mask. I didn’t wait on site. The cashier had no mask. It seems as if you guys aren’t taking your employee AND customer health serious during this time. The guy who brought around my car had no mask and no gloves. At Mavis tire they have masks and gloves and take precautions to help maintain a safe environment. I was very disappointed.
