Mr. Randy was awesome! However, I dropped my vehicle off for a 7:00 am appointment for something that should gave only taken 2-3 hours. I did not receive my car back until 5:30pm that afternoon. I guess I would just like to understand the reason why I needed to make an appointment if my car was going to be pushed to the back of the line anyway...

My truck was involved in a wreck back in September the repair shop brought the truck to Hampton for repairs so I don’t know what work was done to the truck so I can not say that I was completely satisfied since I still don’t have my truck
