Steven was exceptionally helpful. A+ customer service. I appreciated him helping me with the process and breaking down the bill and going above and beyond even though it was just the removal of a faulty part. Please give that man a raise if he hasn’t already gotten one. He deserves it.

Ordered a part and when it came in made an appointment for 10 AM the next morning. Brought the vehicle in around 9 AM. Asked for a ride to rendezvous with my wife and was granted such. When my wife and I had finished our errands and lunch we went to the dealership around 2 PM to pick up her car; only to find out they hadn’t even started on it yet! Needless to say I was upset. Your policy of prioritizing waiters with later or no appointments over people who are willing to leave their vehicle is upsetting.
