Communication is unacceptable at Hampton . I ordered a new replacement “key” for my brand new RAV4 since I lost it during my husband’s untimely passing. I told the parts man I wanted one exactly like the one he had lost. I was told he would order me one and it would be around $260. Six weeks later never heard from your dealership and called—-it was in but I hadn’t checked on it!!! Came to get it and waited for 1 1’2 hours . Then needed to pay for the key which would be about $160 ! This was not just like the lost one yet I , as a new widow , was desperate in case I lost the other only one I had. I will be in to PAY for the KEY but never buy another Toyota. We have driven 2 Camrys 2 Avalons and the Sienna for the last 40 years of our marriage . Sorry GMa

2-1/2 hrs to change oil with an appointment. Unacceptable, they claimed they were short handed, tell us that before we get there.
Waited 2hrs and 50mins I wish they would have kept me updated bc I wouldn’t of stayed there that whole time

I've gotten oil changes and tire rotations for 5 years, and they usually take an hour or so. I believe I was there for 3 hours today. I brought work to keep me busy, but if the question is was my visit exceptional, it was not.
