This was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had! I typically stay away from dealerships because of long wait times, poor service, and poor communication. Mrs. Dulsey and the technicians were honest and straight forward about the work that needed to be done on my vehicle and were able to complete all of the work in less than a day! I plan to return for maintenance like oil changes in the future! Thanks again!

I m always very satisfied with service of Steven Nelams He is always very thorough courteous approachable friendly & helpful He should be a model for young people who wants to start a job with Hampton A gasket leak was noted whn I brought my 2024 RAV4 on 2/18/25 The service is to replace the gasket leak He said it’ll take longer He kept me update of the status of the service as I hav an appt for 1230p In that way I m not worried about being late for the appt
