The job took 3 hours which I thought was excessive and not expected. I was told 1.5 to 2 hours when I arrived. I had to check on the status of work twice just to make sure there was some work being done on it. Not a good experience.

I should have known last visit I needed to leave my car at 1000 follow up appointment so arrangements could have been made prior to me bringing my car in. I am a single mother now out if $70 because of this!
