As long as I’ve had my Kia, I’ve been coming to your facility you’ve gone through two managers on that floor in the back each one of them were absolutely fantastic. I’ve had real adjustments done to my car over five or $600 and got a heck of a discount, there’s not one time that I’ve ever been there and never been pleased. I recommend a person to buy a Kia I’m not interested in making a new purchase yet but when I do it will be another Kia I thank you very much and I think the new gentleman that I met today 929. This is the first time I ever met him and not thank him very much she seemed Cordial and a gentleman your staff is always good. I’ve never heard him yell raise the voice. I’ve never heard of client come in and say the wrong thing mean I ask for things and you just shake my hand and let me go. I’ll never take another Kia any place else it’ll always be mall Georgia thank you very much. I certainly appreciate you. Anything happen in my car is coming back over there. Thank you.

Mike was friendly and professional upon arrival and I was more than pleased regarding the quick time my service request was handled

I came in today to get an oil change (regularly scheduled). My appointment was at 4:00 PM and I arrived right at 4:00 PM. Jennifer checked me in and I went to the waiting room. At 5:30 PM. I noticed that my husband had tried to call me so I returned his call only to find out that you had texted his phone 35 minutes earlier to say the car was done. No one texted me, no one came into the waiting area to tell me it was done, and when I came out to get the car, Jennifer was not around and the experience I received from the staff that delivered my car to me was not stellar. We are still not sure how my husband cell phone number got assigned to my account. Every other time I have had my car in for service things have actually been very good! I don’t know if this is something that Jennifer could have done better, or if it was just a fluke, but I wanted to let you all know.
