Problem with auto liftgate not resolved. Got the impression the tech is guessing what is wrong. Took 2 trips to get known recall fixed as parts not ready for my appointment as I would have expected for recall.

The phone system at Kia Mall of Ga. is a joke. I made several dozen calls trying to get through to the persons I wanted to speak to. The process took almost three weeks. I'm sure part of the problem was Kian corporate.
