Advisor was good. Service center is not very nice though, feels dirty. I think property needs some work. Significant difference from Honda dealer I use as well. People were nice, service on time. Just facilities need attention

First, I waited over an hour when I went to check on the car request. I asked the technician for an estimate of how much longer it would take to finish. He informed me they were waiting to see if they could order the part I needed. I am certain I told him the part was in the back of my car. It just had to be put on. Once that was resolved, a technician went to move my car and somehow locked the key fob inside. That has NEVER happened to me in the 6 years I’ve had the car. They had to force the top metal part of the car door open so a long device could be used to press the unlock button. I am positive that doing that weakens the seal when water rolls over the door. I received no apology for any of this and had to ask that the incident was documented in my file. The technician rudely told me he put it in. I have taken my car there since I moved to Mall of Georgia. I’m seriously reconsidering give them my business.
