I was quoted almost $10k for the repair with no eta on timeframe or part. I was shocked at the information provided , so I contacted Honda directly to inquire about it. Honda rep. told me she spoked to the supervisor and the price she quoted me is miraculously now $3855. Very disappointed at the dishonesty, and I plan to write a review on my negative experience with your service advisors.

Extended Wait Time: I waited months to secure an appointment for the recall repair, despite service confirming part availability and a prompt call back. Poor Communication: After weeks of waiting for the promised call regarding part arrival, I had to initiate contact myself. This lack of communication continued throughout the service process. Unacceptable Service Quality: Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed a strong gasoline odor in the interior. This is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Unresponsive Service Department: Despite repeated attempts to contact the service department via phone and text, I received no updates or responses. It was only after escalating the issue to the sales department that I finally received a call back – after business hours.

Expected a call, not a bunch of texts. Also texts were confusing,. Couldn't tell what was wrong or if anything got fixed. Now car is ready but no record of what was done. Poor communication.
