Dianna was very friendly,patient,articulated,helpful and cooperative and going out of her way to help me.she knew her job that's for sure.she constantly kept me informed about my vehicle and what needed to be addressed. The good thing was she didn't pressurised me to do the needful required for my vehicle which some of them do.I would recommend her and her ability to do her job.

I was very satisfied with my service rep Adrian’s customer service and knowledge. He is super enthusiastic about his work and made me feel comfortable and trusted that I will receive quality service. The only problem is that I spent over $1000 on new tires and I was not happy that they were not cleaned up when they were placed on the car. They look very dull and there is adhesive smeared on the tires and the rims.

Jessie has serviced my car twice so far, and each time he has been honest, respectful, and just a great customer service rep to me. I had a flat tire today, and he worked with his technicians to get my tired fixed without an appointment, and not only that, I only had to wait 30 minutes. Thank you Jessie.
