1) One item I came for was 'downloading latest software' since I have the base model and cant do it at home. The receipt says it was done and there are no more msgs. Jessie told me 2 software updates were made. But the moment I came home, the msg popped up again saying software updates are required. I left a message for Jessie but he did not get back to me. 2) Before I gave the car to you guys, at home, I had checked my oil and it showed 62%. After I got back my car from you guys, it started showing 80%. We did not do any oil related upgrades. Overall, a disappointing experience.
