I was the third guy pulling in the car before your shop opens. Yet I had to wait almost 2.5 hours to have my first maintenance done. In fact, nobody most probably worked on my car until I checked with Adrian after the first two persons before me left with their cars… what kind of service is this?

Poor communication from you. Received two text messages early on, that was good. Received no further texts. Called three times to ask about the car, no answer. No call back from you. Box 200 is full and does not accept messages, don’t have a receptionist send me there. Left two voicemails. Finally decided to just go to dealership, then finally received a call that car was ready. I have a job, and you called me at 4:30. Bad service, is all that I can say.

Jacqueline was fine, but this is an ongoing issue that has made me lose faith in your service center. I’ve had issues with my transmission since the car was new, and I feel like I keep getting brushed off about it “it’s fine” “they find no problems” but they mentioned numerous times about possible leaks, and now my transmission light has come back on literally a day after taking it in. What gives?

Very personable and a pleasure to work with. Took care to explain the recommended service and gave me a fairly accurate estimate of when it would be complete. Once completed, she sought me out in the waiting area and had me ony way promptly. Very professional demeanor and attitude..
