Adrian thoroughly explained all the work that was needed to be done on my car. The job took longer than what was anticipated. Adrian made several trips out to the lobby to keep me informed about the status of the work being done on my cR.

I got an oil change and my car smells so bad now after I picked up. It smells like some kind of automobile liquid through the vents. I called the dealer today to have it looked at. They sent me to a voicemail and they never called me back. I hate that my family and I are smelling fumes. This is unacceptable and I need to fix as soon as possible.

There was no good reason it took so long for my car to be serviced. It was a very quiet day in the Hopkins Honda service department. No one else was dropping off a car in the morning. No one was in the waiting area. No one else was picking up a car in the afternoon. Yet it took almost 6 hours for routine service even after I requested it be finished "as soon as possible." I am also disappointed I have to come back again due to the fuel pump recall. I've been trying to get this recall taken care of for many months now. I even made a special appointment just for that, as I was prompted to do by the HondaLink app. I was sent away because no parts were available. Still today, no parts in stock and it has to be ordered.

Way back in 2001 you would wash my vehicle. I really missed that classy service. When I used to drop my vehicle off for service one of your staff would drive me home. This also no longer happens. Yet I’ve been a loyal client for all these many years.

Kevin followed up via both text message and phone calls and that allowed me to stay informed about the status of the issue and the potential root cause. Thankfully, the problem was resolved, and my car is now functioning properly. I he also gave me a quote of the starter repair if it happens. Thank you for the excellent service.
