My Odessey has experienced a difficult to diagnose stall out problem. AlthoughDiana has been very helpful and a good communicator, the solution to the problem has not been definitively identified. I did authorize recommend work through it is still not certain that is the fix. She is ready to release the vehicle, but I fear a very dangerous situation if it stalls out on a freeway. I have to have assurance it is safe to drive before taking the vehicle back. Next, I want to consult with the service manager.

Does the windshield wiper fluid not get refilled during an oil change? If so mine was missed as I have none which is quite dangerous.

Actually, I brought my vehicle due to a recall. There was a miscommunication between departments at Honda and parts never were ordered and surprised when I dropped my vehicle. They were clueless. I got a phone call to let me know about the odd situation and tame my vehicle back. Instead, I ended ordering an oil change and the fix of a tire since I was out of town and couldn’t pick up my car. That service was completed successfully and on time.
