The service was good. He called me before replacing the brakes and turning the rotors and he told what had been done and what still needed doing. The only issue I have is the 3 percent that I had to pay when I used a credit card to pay with. The majority of people use a credit card now as the way to pay. One would think that I paid a little over 1500.00 for the work that was done-without saying a word. The labor was 1019.00 for less than eight hours work. I’m sure the employees don’t get all that money. I really do not understand how you can charge the 3 percent extra. Perhaps when someone is making the appointment or being called to say their vehicle is finished, you should tell them about the charge so they could bring a different kind of payment.
Was going to take over a month to get the part needed. To get the part I wanted had to go get it ourself. At least it was able to be installed quickly after it was provided.
This dealership was wonderful to work with. The tow truck that brought my car arrived 15 minutes before closing time. The service department stayed and changed the tire and then helped me get my car safe and ready to drive away even though it was past closing. I appreciated their willingness to stay until I was safely on the road again!
Always liked this dealership. It is the one I bought my Honda CRV 2009 from originally brand new.

Dylan Sebastian is a liar. He refused to substantiate the estimated repair cost through itemization. He simply stated that the repair cost was is as stated. Then the service manager was then confronted. He also refused to answer the question. This is extremely dishonest behavior. We will NEVER return here again.
