Dylan was able to get us scheduled for a brake repair very quickly! The vehicle in question performs fine. We have always been able to depend upon this particular Honda dealer for any work done to our Hondas.

Overall, Jake was knowledgeable and professional. The only issue that I had with him is I asked about a software upgrade for my 2018 Honda Accord. I wanted to get it upgraded to support Wireless CarPlay. He stated he was not aware of an update and he would need to ask his manager about it. I never got a response. Not a huge deal, because I believe the cost of the upgrade is ~150 which is very high. I’ll just be getting a wireless adapter. He did a great job recommending services without pushing them on me, which I appreciated.

Jake and your team went above and beyond explaining the steps of the transmission flush. For me, it was either a $516 flush or possibly $3k for a new transmission. I truly felt like Jake was on my team and was genuinely excited when the flush resolved my issues. I try to do as much maintenance and upkeep on my vehicles as I can. On the big jobs, I will now turn to Hardin County Honda. Additionally, I’ll be buying all my parts and fluids through you guys as well. A big shout out to Jake and the techs that took care of me!
