I felt like his attention to detail and transparency helped me make the best decision today. Britt’s care and attention to detail exemplifies his superb level of customer service. I understand it was probably a busy day, but there was no communication between myself and the gentleman that was assisting me. I actually had to call and see what was going on. It shouldn’t take nearly four hours for an oil change, especially when I have an appointment.

There are a lot of issues particularly the time frame and the damage and estimated cost sheet. Communication could also be better. I know it’s some things that are probably out of their control but this whole process is becoming a nightmare.
