I was mostly satisfied but in the past they used to clean the outside of the car and vacuum the inside and they didn’t do that this time. I can go anywhere for an oil change but I continue to use Lindquist for that extra mile you went.

We’re always greeted very warmly when we bring our vehicles in for service! The worked is done quickly and we are informed that we can pick up our vehicles either by a phone call or text. We are also informed on what work needs to be done in the future!

Asked for oil change and tire rotation. Wasn’t notified that only half the work was completed. VERY disappointed. No one said a word or reached out to me. Receipt stated they couldn’t find the key for the locking lug nuts. Again, no one asked me. It’s in the glove box like I assume 99% of them are. What a let down and waste of my time. I missed 2 1/2 hours of work and will now have to miss more for the rotation. Extremely unsatisfied customer.
