It would be nice if the company would invest on getting handheld computers to show the customer what needs to be fix or repair or replace on the customer's vehicle before and after.That will give the piece of mine that their vehicle is getting well taken care of. A picture goes a long way more than words

Ford Dealerships should never charge a diagnostic fee on RECALLS period; even when the Recall isn't the problem. I paid 150$ to your dealership for nothing!!! Never Never Never Again!! FORD MOTOR COMPANY and FORD DEALERSHIPS SHOULD BE ASHAME charging customers on RECALLS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! THE 150$ paid to MURPHY FORD for a RECALL DIANOSTIC evaluation took monies away from me to get the REAL JOB DONE!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!
