I was very satisfied with the service from Murphy Ford. The problem with the lock on the driver’s door was identified and fixed. In addition the recalled airbag on the driver’s side was replaced and the lug nut on the wheel was fixed. Shuttle service was provided so I did not have to wait at the dealer. Murphy Ford called when the work was complete and ready for pickup. I was very satisfied and happy with the work and service I received at Murphy Ford.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. I asked if I could purchase another key for my car and he said he had requested a key and was waiting on a response . The oil change was completed in a timely manner.

The car I purchased from Murphy Ford was only 6 months old! I feel I was ripped off from the very beginning and because of this I will never purchase another vehicle from there again! It was not about the service department that I am displeased but the Sales department! Do you think that Dan Murphy would of helped???? Doubt that very much also!!!
