I left a message on the Service Managers voice mail last Saturday stating what great service I received and Carlos was very attentive, courteous and easy to talk to. I think Carlos is one of the best service reps that Murphy Ford has had.

I wish someone would have came to the service waiting area and explained to me why I had to pay one hundred dollars for a repair that wasn’t my fault. I spoke with Carlos during my first free oil change about this issue with my steering wheel… he couldn’t diagnose the issue I came back the service team did some test the center council lights started working. I was told a modulator had to be ordered for the steering wheel I come back and get charged 100 Bucks for something that never worked since my purchase of the vehicle. I didn’t argue but I was hurt not sure if I will be returning to Murphy Ford That just wasn’t fair in my opinion. But Carlos is a true gentleman I thank him for his great customer service.

Under carriage shielding was reinstalled after service. Tech reattached before I left dealership. When I arrived home I noticed additional heat shielding was hanging and not secured. I reattached and remedied the issue. Need more attention to detail because this creates a question about the entire service.
