Carlos is a great employee. He was patient and genuinely interested in my needs and the service he provided. He was also the person that scheduled my service appointment and was very courteous and polite. Today he made me feel good about having my service done at Murphy Ford and was very thorough with his job. Thank You to him and the service department for the great service I had today. Very very disappointed with the customer service at Murphy Ford. I do not think I will be returning ever again to purchase a vehicle let alone have a vehicle serviced from you. They scheduled me to bring a vehicle in I took the day off to bring the vehicle in and then they call me at 7:30 in the morning and cancel it. When I approached them a week later to find out when I could get my vehicle in they told me they don't know when they can get it in they were backed up over a month. What kind of customer service is this? 0 Stars

I wished I had been updated on the status of the recall and my software updates. I had to call to get updates. After informing the service rep that there may be an error when trying to apply the software updates, these were not attempted until after having the vehicle for 5 days as it was waiting for the glass company to do the recall. On the 5th day, they told me that there were errors in applying the updates, but this could have been found out earlier. I now have to take the vehicle to a different dealer, as I needed to get my vehicle back. In addition, I noticed a scratch on the side of the windshield area which I expect occurred while the windshield was being removed.

Of course there is no way to tell if I received the services that my bill says I did unless I trust Carlos’ word, and I do. He is very personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He made me feel important to Murphy. He explained everything before and after my service. He is definitely an asset to the Murphy Ford team.

Just would like to know why I was charged $100 for a part that was covered under warranty. I just bought the truck 6 months ago. I’m driving down the road and it completely shuts off with 2 kids in the car.

The wrong oil was put in my truck. I went there Friday 1-21-22 for an oil change and realized not only was the wrong oil in my truck but the wrong quantity as well. My trucks manual calls for 7.75q of 5w-30 oil and you put 9q of 5w-20 in it. I called Carlos and told him it wasn’t right and he proceeded to tell me that the amount was accurate and that’s what the chart says in the garage. I told him that’s nonsense and my manual for my truck says otherwise along will all the other press material from Ford says 5w-30. He then told me I wouldn’t be able to get it changed the next day because they were so busy. Needless to say, I got my oil changed that next day. There is also a mysterious dent in the rear passenger side door that I know your lube tech did as well. I have a dash cam in my truck and I can see where he dented my door on the lift post while moving the truck into your tightly packed repair bay. I was going to follow up with your company about it but I realized that I never want you people to touch my vehicle again. Im just going to file a complaint to FoMoCo formally. Thank you for proving once again how truly horrendous dealing with your dealership is.

You had our car for over 24 hours and was in for recall inspection because no parts available and said we would have before 2pm. We call at 245 and they just brought back at that time. It is unacceptable for the SECOND time that this happened to us. All we get is SORRY and we don't know what happened. How about you talk to your employees and service writer Carlos as it is on our paper have by 2 and was dropped off previous day 230.
