1,the odometer reading is wrong and malfunctioning 2,transmission is bad after 4 months and 4000 miles, bad compressor and pulley.I brought the vehicle on November 28,2020.. To whom it may concern let's make this right!..Thankyou.

Ray was horrible to work with will never bring my car there again he did not call me one time to let me know what was going on and when I walked in to the service department he stopped in place and his impression was known that he was irritated to see me and did not want to deal with me almost felt like they didn’t want to even do the job

Hello, After multiple service visits this week, I have several issues that need to be resolved. I was charged separately for a wheel alignment ($90) that I did not request, my wiper fluid hose was broken, rendering the windshield wiper fluid inoperable (dried fluid was left all over my windshield after my first service, as if it had ruptured), and finally my windshield replacement was done with Fuyao glass and not Ford's Carlite glass as I specifically requested. My original rear view mirror was also replaced with an inferior after market piece. The only reason I went to the dealer for this repair was to get original Ford parts for my car. I will be reaching out tomorrow to see what can be done to make all of this right. Thank you.
