Ray was very attentive and customer oriented. Although my service was relative simple (oil change and tire rotation, etc.) I overheard him explaining to other customers what was being done with their vehicles. I was impressed with his explanation. He established a good relationship with the customers.

I was told my recall was for an airbag when I scheduled the appointment over the phone. I dropped my car off the night before and I was told it would be looked at the next morning and that the recall was for a transmission cooler not an airbag. The next day I called at 1:00 to check the status and got a call back that the car had not been looked at yet. Received a call from Ray around 3 telling my car was one in 99,000 that needed the cooler changed and they had none in stock and it was ordered as an emergency and would be in at 8:00 the next morning and my car would be ready by 10:00. I called Murphy Ford at 11:15 and my car was not ready but they were bringing into the garage just then and it would be ready by 12:30. I could not get there at 12:30 due to a previous appt but called at 1:40 to make sure it was ready since I was available now to pick it up. I was told by Ray it was ready and he was just finishing the paperwork, so if I had come to pick it up at 12:30 would I have to wait for paperwork to be completed? This was only my 2nd experience with the service Dept, my first was the free oil change and that was problem free. I am very hesitant to return to Murphy Ford service Dept for any future needs.

I was greeted at the door by Amy who took my temperature. She was very nice and friendly. Raymond was EXCELLENT!! He patiently explained what needed to be done with my car and told me the price. He didn't try to force me or intimidate me to have the work done. I like that!! When I paid my bill, I met Felicia. She was very accommodating and friendly also. Thank you, Murphy Ford, for employing such great people!! I WILL return!

My 2010 Edge came in for an oil change, and recall fix for the air bags.. Get my vehicle back it not driving the same, never had a problem of anything going in coming out and back now a hub Barron is messed up the belts are ticking it’s a Mess..... I’’m DONE!!!!
