I called because I forgot to drop off my car the previous evening. I asked if it was too late to bring it about 10:45. She said that would be fine and it would still be able to be done. We dropped it off and she offered us to wait for it or she’d call us to return. Received the call and picked it up. She was very accommodating and pleasant.

Apparently the part needed to complete the recall services was not available, and I was not contacted about this. I did not learn it until the morning at my appointment time. My service with the Murphy Ford dealer has not been good, and will be a factor in determining if I will keep the vehicle or return it to the dealership.

Savannah does a wonderful job with service. Before her my company has been very dissatisfied with the service at Murphy dealership. We have a fleet account with over 20 ford vehicles. Hopefully she continues to stay there.

although my vehicle took a little longer than expected to repair, it was still covered under warranty, and Hiram kept me informed daily as to the status of my vehicle, which did make me feel a little bit better about being without my car. I knew my vehicle was getting the best most qualified work done by great mechanics. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else for a work on repairs.

Lack of communication on service status as of recent. I am also paying for warranty coverage and find myself calling Ford directly to work out why the dealer is charging me for covered services. Then I have to initiate a refund request to Ford directly. Really inconvenient

Hiram did a great job. The drop off process was simple and my vehicle was serviced perfectly. I have been taking my Ford Edges (this is my 5th) to Murphy Ford for the last 12 years and they have always taken great care of me. Setting up an appointment with Kelly was easy and the Saturday hours are extremely convenient.

I was told it would take 2 hours and it took 5 hours,that's a very long time for tires. Hirum was very nice and I know this wasn't his fault but if I was told up front it would take that long then i would have dropped my car off instead of waiting for it.
