Savannah was good in what she was doing. However, I asked a male service representative,the one whom escorted to the cashier, a question pertaining to a service I paid for, after fumbling in his response it became clear he did not know the correct answer. Unfortumately, instead of seeking it out he fabricated one. A passing service tech provided the correct answer. His actions concerned me about the truth worthiness of Murphy Ford service department.

The current service was fine. The service prior to this was very disappointing. I was not have never formed a wet service will be provided or when. Then I was asked to pay more of the deductible that was due. Also, your workers left, without telling me that my work would not be completed that day.

I have 2019 Transit Connect I use it for work it's been to mupphy Ford service shop 3 time I had to spend money on a rental car because they can never fix my van right ugh.....****

My vehicle was held for over 8 hours just to replace the front brakes. Though the customer representative was very nice, I did not receive a call concerning other repairs that I needed until I called to see if my vehicle was ready.

Please dont call me. I asked for what i needed and Murphy is the worst! I will say the best part of the experience was Savanna and Len at the service desk. They were excellent and did all they could. Unfortunately in the end the experience was disgusting, sent me off with a car not fixed 3 times!!! Oh you need a new engine... but come get your car!!!! Seriously?? Do they actually hear what they are saying? And acted like it was ok and safe to drive. I left, unsafe, and needed it **** towed!!! Assholes dont even have a dam loaner car so I could leave my car. But that actually worked out for the best, i would never want them trying to put a new engine in!! F them
