Made an appointment for routine yearly inspection. The service person said it would take about 1 1/2 hours. Waited at home for 2 1/2 hours for their call, was told my car hadn’t been looked at yet. I asked why and was told there was other cars. Waited another hour and called service to see why the delay. Was put on hold for at least 15 minutes before got a ride to the service department. Car was finally ready when I arrived. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. What a way to treat a loyal Ford customer!
Sean is a new service rep, who was a good listener, patient and accommodating. I think he is an asset to customer service and I wish him well.
Savanah was extremely helpful. Was very unhappy with the mechanics I got my truck back the battery was dead because the parking lights were left on and the problem I brought it in for is still there after a several hundreds of dollars was spent to resolve the issue and no one followed up with me the next day about anything going on with my truck now I have to wait till Monday to get it back or receive any follow up so I can't tell you how upset I am...
We have a fleet account with Murphy ford and have seen a lot of turnaround at the dealership when it comes to service. Hopeful for better quality of technicians mechanics and service writers. The most recent individuals seem better.

When a customers vehicle service is completed I believe that the customer should not be routed straight to the cashier.
Often the customers have questions about their service and are interested in what was done or any suggestions or thoughts about this service or future visits. Once the customer is satisfied with what was done with their Vehicle, then they should be routed to the cashier.
Savannah is the sweetest service rep that I've ever met and I appreciate her giving me excellent service she's a keeper God bless you guys good night
Appointment was at 11am, I was told it would take about 2 hours. I called around 2pm and they said it would be ready by 3:15pm. I got to the service dept around 2:45 and let them know I was there, 45 minutes later I realized my car was sitting in the parking lot since I arrived. I went in and told the service personnel that my car has been sitting outside since I got there and asked if it was done. They checked and didn't know that my paperwork was sitting inside all along. Not impressed.

Nothing major, I had to call to see if my car was ready after 5 hours had elapsed after dropping it off for a state inspection scheduled at 8am. The service attendant had to check with the mechanics to see if it was ready, which it was. Thanks for the service. T.M.
horrible customer service , horrible cars . so far every car i have gotten from this dealership needs major repairs in under 6 months , thou have to fight tooth and nail for a loaner vehicle
they are taking advantage of consumers by selling unreliable and unsafe cars.
So far so good. New to Murphy switching dealers. They diagnosed the issue my dealership was unable to do: part ordered - waiting now for the part to get fixed. They have allot of nice employees happy to help.
My car was just in for two weeks. It was just a week yesterday of having it back. Today coming from work the engine coolant light came on and then the engine light. I put the hazards on because it wouldn’t go over 20 miles an hour.
My visit today was a very pleasant and enlightening experience... Eric was extremely helpful and professional and worked with me on some other issues that need attention dealing with my vehicle.
