After hearing the problem with the truck,I was told that parts weren't in stock and would have to be shipped, at that point I was advised that I could take my truck but I could do more damage so I decided to leave truck and rented a vehicle from enterprise. One week and $700 in, I ash about the parts, Murphy Ford didn't receive the part. My truck is my primary source of transportation I rented for additional time come to the dealership and was told that I could take my truck and wouldn't do as much damage as thought. So I stopped renal 1/5/33 and got my truck. Why am I not satisfied, I'm $700 in the hole and a large repair bill whenever this part comes. NO I'M NOT SATISFIED. This is my last truck, No No SATISFIED with Murphy Ford.

Long story, but we will not be back to Murphy Ford again. We decided to give the dealership service department another try and unfortunately they failed miserably. $2,000 later and the vehicle was delivered back with issues.

They tell you one thing and do something else. When it went to pick up the car the battery was low. They left the light on in the car. If I didn't check it it would have been completely dead again. I bought two new keys at 275 plus tax including a transponder. There was no transponder in it to open up the doors. You know automatically and lock them. I want to know why...
