I have bought six vehicles since 1999 from your dealership I’ve had all my service worked done there since then I used to deal with Brian from the service department and he has since passed away and my mechanic was Joe and I never had any problems at all, today I was the first customer there I had to get an Oil change and an alignment when I made the appointment I was told that I would get a loaner vehicle or a ride home I got neither one of them and I sat there for five hours and 16 minutes. Would you by another vehicle from Murphy Ford if you were me.
