Terrible service, they have no work ethic, they damaged my vehicle during the service and when they repaired what they damaged they left me with more damage. I paid too much for a service that I did not receive from the expected way.

Every time I go in for maintenance on my truck Dream always give me exemplary service. He makes sure all my concerns are answered and my vehicle is always done in a timely manner. Highly recommend Dean to all customers

There are far too many things I am not satisfied with to list in the small space. The worst is that I was misled about the cost of the repairs and the fact that I left with my repair not having been made even though I paid $1648. Had I been told that the repair would cost over $4000, I would have declined any work at all and used the $1648 as a partial down payment on a new car. My car is 13 years old and not worth $4000.

Service writer was pushing other service items I had declined in the past. I was only there for an oil change/tire rotation. He kept insisting I get the additional items done. Told him 3 times I couldn't afford them. I told him I change the air/cabin filters myself. Much, much less expensive. He still kept going on with his sales pitch and I told him to stop. I get it that there may be other maintenance items but to stop the sales pitch. I was very uncomfortable with his insistence that I do the other maintenance. He said that I need to be able to change the filters. I told him I've been changing oil/air filters etc since I was 15 yrs old. His attitude was very demeaning in my opinion. I will be taking my car maintenance to another service provider. I will no longer give my business to Gosch.
