Only improvement would’ve been if the car was fully charged when I picked it up. Other than that everything was great.
Roger Salgado has helped me several times and he is easy to talk too. He answers any questions I’m without me feelin like an idiot definitely my favorite employee you guys have next to your mechanic Alex!!

It felt like the technicians were as in the dark I was, every guess cost me thousands but didn’t fix the problem until the engineers came in to determine that the ring that controls ignition and injection was broken.
I planned to replace this truck with a diesel 1500 trail boss but I have lost all faith in GM trained technicians to figure out problems with their own designs for less than half the value of my vehicle. That’s less than 5 years old.
High quality service? Absolutely not! No communication, nothing but attitudes, no service or inspection done what so ever! Very unhappy with how this dealership treats their customers!
