Rogelio provided exemplary service and even surpassed expectations for delivery of vehicle. I was in the customer waiting area for 20 minutes when the estimated time of completion was approximately 1.5 hours. He explained all service in great detail and provided information beyond even the manufactures recall info data sheet. Rogelio is without any doubt a very dedicated Chevrolet service technician.
