I brought my truck in for a check engine light that was on when my wife dropped it off Roger told her he would need the truck all day to diagnose the problem which was fine we I didn’t hear back that day I decided to contact him in the morning when I spoke to Roger he informed me that the desiel tech had to leave for a family emergency yesterday so the truck was not looked at which would have been nice to know the day before when it finally got diagnosed at the end of the next day he informed me it needed thermostats I gave him the information for my extended warranty company for him to call and see if it was covered he told me they were closed for the holiday which wasn’t true because I called them before going to the dealership and spoke to a representative don’t worry it gets better on the way home the coolant level light came on saying it was low we I called Roger he told me the coolant bottle sensors are common to go bad which is ironic because they were fine before I took the truck in so when I got home I checked the coolant and the bottle was almost empty so I did your technician job and topped it off

That same day I picked up my car the screen started to glitch and music sounded static. Didn’t had the time to take it back due to time. My working schedule is very similar to your hours of operation so for that makes me hard to take it back to have it checked again. Plus holidays hours.
12/19/23 would be the last time we would be bringing our vehicles to your facility. The men that work the desk made the visit so awkward and uncomfortable that I don't feel comfortable coming back. They were disputing like little kids about the workload. The poor new guy was stuck in the middle of the fight I'm surprised he didn't walk out. (Service desk)

It was close to closing and he wanted the new battery put in the next morning. But he recognized that I was hoping to have my car that night. So he called the mechanic and asked if he could get it in before they shut down. I got my car back the same day. On Rojelio's recommendation, I had the transmission serviced.

The services I requested were not performed. Rotation of my tires. The technician chose to note tire wear on rear vs. front was his reasoning for not requiring tire rotation. I did not authorize not rotating the tires. Additionally I overheard my truck was ready and had been sitting in the lot and then found it had not been washed, as provided by the dealership. I then had to wait. Again. A total of over 3 hours for routine maintenance. Not a happy client of Gosch at this point. Customer service is unacceptable.
