Purchased deffective vehicle. Ran the truck for only 8 miles and now needs a new engine. There was no kind of resolution to satisfy the inconvenience I'm being put through. On top of it, miscommunication between associates that delayed me being able to pick up my vehicle.

He was very unprofessional made me lose out on an insurance claim because he did not submit the proper papers therefore I had to pay the work out of my own pocket I would never go back to God Chevrolet I will go to Moreno Valley instead you guys have got Chevrolet cater to certain individuals therefore when I spoke with Dean he already seen the had a attitude towards me but just to let you know Dean did make me lose out on a Insurance claim due to him not submitting the information before he did the repairs

Dean is very informative and communicates well. The last few vehicles I've taken to Dean he has gotten them in and out in a timely manner and kept me informed through the entire process.

I made an appointment Thursday the 7th for 7:30 a.m. Dean said the car might the truck might be ready by 11:30. I sent two texts to Dean to ask him what was going on and if it the truck was ready with no response. So I called at 1:30 they were unable to locate Dean and left a message. Then I called again at 2:30 and left another message for Dean with no response from either text or messages. So I called at 3:00 p.m. and spoke to a manager Mr Martin granado. He talked to the technician that was working on the truck and found out that it was ready. I went to pick up the truck and they said they couldn't fix it because they had to order the part. It would take an additional 1 to 2 days to get the part and then set another appointment. They had my Chevy for 7 and 1/2 hours and did nothing to it and didn't even have the courtesy to return my calls and let me know what was going on I'm very disgusted with the service I feel there was no service at all.

Dean was great. But your prices is crazy. $450 dollars to put a laptop on my suburban to bleed the brakes. And then t h e brake pad sensors was $160 labor to unplug and replace back in. Something that took less than a minute to do. Like Joe Pesci said in lethal weapon do go thru the drive thru because they **** you. I feel the sane way don't go to the dealership for service because they **** you in labor. $900 to put brake sensors on and flush the old brake fluid and replace the new and bleed brakes and clear codes. This is why I will never buy another new truck or car because you can't work on them. You have to go to the dealer and get screwed. Dealerships are the modern day crack dealer

My first impression of your service department waited there 3 to 4 minutes before anybody acknowledge me. The only one that greeted me was a redheaded kid that said, can I help you and he sent me to Roger did not see him because he was all the way down, covered by all the counter

Dean has always been very professional with a smile when i need his assistance. Very nice personality and takes care in a quick Gosh employee matter. I never have a concern when he helps me . I know i will be satisfied when i pick up my vehicle . not only Dean but any employee their that needs to help me does. Was told I should buy 4new tires because 2 had nails in them and couldn’t be fixed. Pep boys fixed them both. Did not appreciate the up sale
