Dean does great job. However, in this case the technician who worked on the car apparently made a mistake. The car does not charge. Perhaps a wire was not connected.

I wasn’t able to get the repairs done there as I wanted. I brought in my 2013 Chevy Volt to be repaired there. After I was told the price for repairs, I asked if they could contact my warranty company to see if my policy would cover any of the repair costs, since I paid for a warranty I wanted to use it. The manager there said he tried calling them, but wouldn’t be able/willing to wait on hold for them to answer. I then suggested that I will instead sit on the phone on hold to call my warranty company and ask them to call him back directly. He said okay. I did that. The warranty company did call him, (note: I texted him saying they would call right away and he replied back, so he knew their call was coming.) He then didn’t pick up their call. WHY tell me to call my warranty company, have me sit in hold for 30 minutes, just to end up not answering their call? I asked since he didn’t answer their call, to please call them back and he said he wouldn’t because he didn’t have time to sit on hold. I feel if he didn’t answer that phone call (as he said he would), causing me to wait on hold for 30 minutes instead of him, then he should have either picked up the call or have someone else there get a hold of my warranty company, or answer his phone. When he said he would not call the warranty company back, and he said nobody would be able to call them either, I then said “Well, I guess won’t be able to have my car repaired there then since you won’t call my warranty company and didn’t keep your word to answer their call to you.” He then said I had to pay a $400-something diagnostic fee when I pick up my car. I then said “nobody told me a diagnostic fee would be over $400.” Had I known that, I wouldn’t have brought it in as that seems extremely high priced for a diagnosis. I would have paid for the repairs there if he would have either been willing to call my warranty company, or have someone else call my warranty company, or answer his phone as we planned. I am upset I went through all this for nothing. :(

My 2022 GMC delivered last & needed service the next day is now back @ the ford dealership to be serviced again for the same fault code / I texted 4 different people today / no response as of 9 am today / not happy / please advise / David
