I dropped my car off for my service appointment on Thursday 8/17. I was informed it was recommended to replace the upper ball joints. I discussed the work with Dean and was informed the vehicle would be done that day. I did not receive any update by the end of the day. The next day I tried texting my rep and left a few voice mails. I did not receive any update. I call the service desk on Saturday and was told my vehicle was ready. When I picked it up Saturday morning I asked when it was actually completed and was told 5:01pm on 8/17. So, my vehicle sat there ready from Thursday at 5pm until Saturday when I had to call the service desk to find out it was ready. You need a better system to inform the customer when the vehicle is finished. I finally received a text telling me my vehicle was ready AFTER I already picked it up on Sat morning.

I just moved to the area from San Diego, and I must say, my wife and I love it, albeit climatic change is far different from the lower Southern California area. It would appear that consumer courtesy differs as well. My vehicle was still under warranty. I also took liberty to purchase additional aftermarket warranty also. After a deop in engine power, I decided to have it addressed the next day at your dealership. It was a matter of reattaching the outlet air cooler hose or attachment. Also a wipeout or 'decarb' was said done. My complaint is that I didn't feel that I should have had to pay $179-80 out of pocket when I had two sources of vehicle warranty. Also, I was told that the dealership would pick up the cost of my transportation back to my residence. I had to pay the uber fare out of pocket as well. I have family in town who warned me about the miscourtesy of Gosch dealership. This is too bad! If you cannot fix this I'll have to warn friends and stay away myself, as I am a minister here. You could benefit from my Congregation’s business.
