Dean the service rep did not want to service my new car. Said he was going to educate my salesman about when a new car can be brought in for a problem. In 50yrs of auto service I’ve never been treated so poorly. Hopefully my next service rep will be interested in making me a happy customer.

The service was so unprofessional am so disappointed I brought my 2018 suburban a Saturday and they couldn’t return my call until Tuesday giving me the round around!!!!!!! Called more than 5 times and receptionist was already feeling sorry for me !!!! I hated it
