I was surprised the service took 2 hours. Had I known, I would have made other arrangements. The car wash could be improved, my truck came back with many water marks and still dripping. Everything else was fine.

I strongly believe the diagnosis and the results were totally fabricated. The technician claimed the truck didn’t have any oil or coolant, when I personally checked the oil level and the coolant level as a precautionary task. For the technician to claim such a false statement is not only wrong but unprofessional. I took the truck because the diesel was contaminated with water and the mechanic said it was contaminated with DEF. I believe Gosh is not thinking about the consumer but to make profit using false claims and shady tactics. I personally DO NOT recommend this dealer be aware.
