Pricing is never clear. You guys play way too many games. 2nd time now where I've asked for Tire Rotation and it wasn't done. I only return bc there is nowhere close to get genuine replacement parts. I'm seriously considering driving to moreno valley or Temecula. Or just never purchasing GM again.

The last time we had an oil change I had complained about a tire sensor noting showing up. The technician reset the system and instead of just that one sensor not working they all stopped working. We mentioned it to the team as soon as we drove off and we were advised that the system just needs to drive a few miles for it to relearn.
Fast forward the entire 3000 miles and the system never came back on. When we mentioned to the technician that the sensors never worked after we dropped it off last time they ended up quoting us over $300 to fix it which in my opinion was never fixed the first time so why should we have to pay for it this time?
I appreciated Dean assisting me in a timely manner.
Had to bring the car back because it wasn’t done right the first time.
