I had two free services included one from Gosch and one from GM. I do have a plan I purchased separately, the advisor used my plan which I did not want instead of using my second included service that came with my vehicle purchase.

Dropped truck off on Tuesday June 11, I had to call on Friday June 14, he was clueless as to what was going on, he had to call me back with information.
Told him on Tuesday that multiple codes came up at once, he stated “Oh ok”. Then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have enough time to do a good diagnostic on the vehicle.
Been talking my vehicles to this service department for over 20 years.
