I was getting charged for a service that should have not. And I let the person know. He tried to say that it was expired when it wasn’t an after he saw me trying to make a call he automatically said oh you’re right not even an apology though.
The service person I got was too busy to take care of me. Another person had to check my vehicle in and he was very friendly. When I came to pick my vehicle up the same service person who was too busy was still too busy. Didn’t tell me anything about my vehicle, and I noticed the report said I had dirty brake fluid. I would have liked to have known what my options were on that, but felt too rushed to even ask. May have been my fault that I didn’t ask about it, but I figured it would’ve just been a rushed answer anyway. Maybe I’ll come back to take care of it another time, or someone told me Paradise Chevy might be a better place to get my Chevy serviced.
Give free car washes after service is rendered like other dealerships do
Dean was great. The person making the video inspection of my car said the vehicle was not safe to drive. Then I saw someone RACE across the parking lot with MY car. Yes, it's MY car, MY property. NOT YOURS to drive crazy with. Treat other people's property as if it's other people's property!

I brought my truck in for a recall, which was a simple installation of the hood insulator because it was left off during initial production. When I brought the truck in, they merely confirmed it was indeed missing and then ordered the part and I had to bring the truck in for a second appointment. Why couldn’t the part have been ordered and ready for installation during the first appointment? It was a dumbass sequence of repair and I expect a professional service department to be more efficient than that. Two appointments….two days off of work….all for a thirty minute installation. Lame.
The vehicle spent almost four weeks at the shop and the charges especially for labor were exceedingly high. Throughout this period no explanation was offered for the long delay until I called to check.
I think that a two hour oil change is too long. With other dealers you are in and out in less than a hour.
