Even though I did not have an appointment, I was quickly greeted and checked in. The vehicle was given a thorough inspection and I received a clear, easy to follow video of the car. I could easily assess the vehicle condition and the need for recommend service. The entire staff was polite, professional and made sure all my concerns were addressed.

We are traveling cross country towing a travel trailer when our transmission died! Dean did an outstanding job of finding parts quickly and moving the repair along as he knew we were under time constraints to get our truck back. Add to this, we realized our Extended Service plan was still in effect (lucky for us!) which meant more work and patience on Deans part in dealing with them. He had to come to work on a Saturday, which was supposed to be day off, finished dealing with our insurance and stayed until payment from them was secured….all so we could get our truck back with just 2 days to spare. He went above and beyond…this is what Great service is all about! Thank You Dean and Gosch Chevrolet!!

You guys allowed others to be serviced before me and my apt. Was at 7:30 plus you guys scratched my truck really bad and did not do anything to fix it. I am getting my lawyers involved!!

I took my truck in on February 3rd 2023, I had spoken with a lady over the phone and booked my appointment for around $250 plus taxes to get my transmission and engine fluids replaced. I had my wife drop off my truck and when I went back later that day to pick up. They told me I owed them $456. I asked to speak to the manager dean in charge. He told me it was Friday afternoon and everyone wanted to go home. So the only he could do was have me leave my truck there till Monday so they can listen to the phone call of what was quoted. I told him that fine as long as I get a ride home. Per dean told me he couldn’t shuttle me home. So I basically got my arm twisted to pay the $456 so I can at least have a ride home. I told him I’d want a phone call from the manager on Monday to go over their quoting issues. I just got a phone call from his manager Martin this morning basically saying it wasn’t there fault. He agreed to give me back $150 then when I told him that is great I’d take the refund, he simply said you making me upset putting words in my mouth and hung up. This places customer service is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This is my second experience with them. First one was okay but second time around was just horrible. Don’t go here unless you like getting ripped off, wrongly quoted or getting yelled at by their managers.

Unsatisfied. You charge me $2100 and don't fix the issue which makes me come back and pay another $470. Let's see what breaks tomorrow.

My daughter had a horrible experience trying to be a responsible adult and take care of her car. From the initial phone call to make an appointment it was misinformation, one answer then another answer. Check out was simple but obviously flawed in the office and it caused my daughter to be scared as well as emotional. The end result my phone call was not returned.
