I was not helped by Dean, which is who my appt was with. The young man that helped me when I dropped off my truck was very helpful. But when I picked up my truck, the girl that help me was not very personable. She didn’t go over how the inspection went except to mention that they didn’t do the tire rotation due to the level of tread on my tires, didn’t mention how long before I would need tires, or what, if any, other maintenance would be needed soon, pretty much was just gonna send me on my way, until I had to ask for the info. I have been coming to Gosch here in hemet, I also was going to Connell Chevrolet in Costa Mesa for the last 3 yrs due to living out there and the service I received here in hemet was disappointing. I have never had that experience with Dean or Jesse at Connell Chevrolet. I doubt I will come to Gosch when it is time for me to buy my tires.

Your service advisors need to be retrained in how to treat customers. I got there yesterday for my 11:00 a.m appointment there was a white female just sitting there when I walked in she glanced at me and didn’t say anything just continued to be on her phone. A couple of minutes later another customer ( American) walks in and right away she says to him good morning you have an appointment ( I’m still standing right in front of her) and the customer says yes at 11:00 and she’s like I will check you in. I felt so discriminated that your service advisor totally ignored me. Than Rogelio Salgado walks over to his seat and says I can help the next customer. So I go and let him know that I was there for an 11:00 a.m appointment, I told him that the last 3 times that I had my oil changed the technician had pointed out that my axle seal and rear pinion seals were leaking. He said okay let’s get you checked in and take care of your vehicle right away let me go over the cost with you. I let him know that I had those seals replaced in November of 2022 and should be covered under warranty. As soon I said that his customer service attitude changed completely he right away said It’s going to be $190.00 for my technician to do a diagnosis. So I told him I’m showing you 3 different visits where in black and white you guys have told me that I need to get those seals replaced to avoid more costly repairs. Than he said that the person who did the videos is not capable of diagnosing anything. So why do you have your service technician sending videos of his findings to customers if he doesn’t know what his doing like you just said. This service advisor was very rude and sarcastic. He kept telling me that I need to pay $190.00 for a diagnosis over and over. Than he said are going to do yes or no I’m here all day you can let me know when you decide. I got upset for his sarcasm, I said no I’m not going to pay $190.00 for a new diagnosis when I already have 3 previous ones, and again he says well I’m here all day let me know when you decide. I had a feeling that as soon as I was to mention that it was under warranty everything would change and it did. To make a long story short they did a diagnosis and magically it doesn’t need anymore. If my vehicle breaks down from those seals I will seek legal action. This issue made me loose confidence from future recommendations.. Hope you address this issue with your service advisors. Thank You

He made the repair for my vehicle go smooth and it seam to be done in a reasonable time frame which I was relieved that the issue had been resolved the first visit and Dean handle the work order in a reasonable price and he very professionally
