Rodger is always extremely helpful. I came into the service department and Rodger wasn’t at his station so I kind of stood there and Dean just stood at his station without greeting me or seeing if I needed anything. Rodger is great though.
Michael Gormady is absolutely amazing. He scheduled a time for me to drop off my truck for major service and ensured I had a vehicle to drive for the week. Being active duty military my schedule is never easy and Michael made sure to keep me informed during the whole service. I have been coming to Gosch Chevrolet since 2015 and bought two trucks from there. Michael has always provided the best service experience.

I took my car in for a rack and pinion leak told me only had a leak on the right side of my car. Then he said there was no leak on the driver side which I showed him pictures that there was trying to scam me out of my money and then try to sell me stuff that I didn’t even need There for the noises and the leak and your manager **** or **** if you guys are running a business like that trying to scam people that don’t know nothing even with proof they were telling me there was nothing wrong

Michael was very helpful and honest. He restored my faith in Gosch Auto.
In the past I was not treated as well.
So I was told I could text a number to get updates or whatever and no response. My husband was told when he left that things were good, but next visit there were things that would need to be done, however, the inspection report showed sever immediate actions needed that were not even discussed with him. I got the report, not him, so he went by what the employee told him. I questioned it in a text and no one responded. So are we good or do we need immediate action on some things? Guess we need to get another opinion. Very unsatisfactory result today.
Gosch Chevrolet once again left me a satisfied customer. Mike Gormady and Miguel Navarro treated me very well. The work the service dept. did on my first oil change made me very happy. Thank you all so much.
